Prior to her role at Gartner, Shawn held multiple C-suite roles in Twin Cities based organizations including President, SmartStyle Hair Salons and senior executive human resources positions at Regis Corporation, Supervalu, and Bluestem Brands. She is a frequently requested keynote speaker for corporate events and podcast guest on topics related to human capital strategy and change management.
