This year, we\u2019re building on that tradition with the Healthy Accountability theme and tools to equip leaders for organizational effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Theme: The Pathway to Healthy Accountability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout 2024, guests heard about the accountability research, which pointed to a new definition of\u00a0<strong>Healthy Accountability: when people win together, in an environment where individuals take personal ownership, and embrace the support of the team to deliver quality work on time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beginning on February 28, Good Leadership Breakfast guests will begin to explore what that definition means to their organizations. Kristi Fox is the perfect speaker because her organization, Securian Financial, was the first research partner in the study.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kristi will share insights about the accountability journey at Securian Financial, particularly how accountability and culture go hand in hand for their organization.
