The team is so grateful for the teamwork of clients, partners, coaches, sponsors, and staff who co-created these substantial steps forward:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Healthy Accountability Research:<\/strong>\u202fWith the help of an amazing 15-member steering team who guided the research, the Good Leadership team completed 153 personal qualitative interviews and 4,280 survey participants from dozens of companies across 21 industries. There\u2019s no questioning this as the biggest accomplishment of the year.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Good Leadership Conference:<\/strong>\u202fMore than\u202f<strong>250 senior executives<\/strong>\u202ffrom\u202f<strong>nearly 50 companies <\/strong>attended the <a href=\"https:\/\/goodleadership.com\/building-a-culture-of-healthy-accountability-reflections-on-the-good-leadership-conference\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">daylong conference<\/a> where the Healthy Accountability Research was unveiled.
