Goodness doesn&#8217;t skew male or female &#8211; it&#8217;s an equal opportunity concept. But, we all know in the current state of affairs, women leaders don&#8217;t yet have equal opportunity &#8211; or equal compensation. Even if we skip past the fairness issues, research shows when companies consciously develop female leaders and have more women in executive roles, their financial results exceed industry averages. In other words, it &#8220;pays&#8221; to coach women leaders into more responsibility.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-20701\" src=\"https:\/\/archivegl.unlabbeta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/WECR.NW_.Faclitator-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><strong>Booster-shot of goodness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>About ten times a year the energy level at the Good Leadership headquarters, rises to peak levels. At times, the outburst of laughter is so spontaneous, we wonder&#8230;W<em>hat on earth are they doing? <\/em>Here&#8217;s exactly what they are doing.<\/p>\n<p>Under the direction <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/nancy-weidenfeller-ed-d-b60b4a\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nancy Weidenfeller<\/a>, a Good Leadership senior <a href=\"\/coaching\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">coaching associate<\/a>, a dozen senior executive women are sharpening their leadership skills, together.
