In 2010 when Melinda and I agreed to be business partners, we envisioned destination retreats where couples could take time out to work on personal visioning and how the Seven Fs<\/a> were alive in their leadership: faith, family, finances, fitness, friends, fun and future. It was a reward strategy for the two of us for all of the hard work of building a business.<\/p>\n

Last year a handful of people agreed to be test pilots. We gathered at the extraordinary Ritz Carlton Resort and Spa at Dove Mountain in the Tucson area of Arizona for the very first Seven Fs Executive Leadership Retreat. The weather cooperated and the experiment worked\u2026thank Goodness!\u00a0\u201cThe first Seven Fs retreat was an absolutely world-class experience,”\u00a0<\/em>said Dan McGinty, Hospital System CEO. \u201cLynn and I are already looking forward to attending our next Seven Fs retreat!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
