Jude Bricker

Jude Bricker has served as our Chief Executive Officer since July 2017 and as a member of our Board of Directors since April 2018. Mr. Bricker has 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Allegiant Travel Company from January 2016 to June 2017, as well as various other leadership roles from 2006 to 2016. As Chief Operating Officer of Allegiant Travel Company, Mr. Bricker was the senior executive responsible for marketing, network, operations, treasury, fleet, scheduling, pricing, ancillary products, digital, distribution, charters, loyalty, and investor relations. From July 2004 to May 2006, Mr. Bricker was a finance manager at American Airlines. Mr. Bricker holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas. Additionally, Mr. Bricker served as an infantry officer with the United States Marine Corps from 1996 to 2002. As the Company’s current Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bricker is a valuable member of our Board of Directors because he has a direct connection to senior management and the benefit of management’s perspective on the Company’s business and immediate strategic goals. He provides leadership, extensive knowledge of the Company, and insight on the day-to-day operation of the business.

Shawn Moren

Shawn Moren is a member of Gartner’s Executive Advisory Practice and specializes in consulting large enterprises on topics including enterprise transformation, human capital strategy, and strategic cost optimization. Prior to her role at Gartner, Shawn held multiple C-suite roles in Twin Cities based organizations including President, SmartStyle Hair Salons and senior executive human resources positions at Regis Corporation, Supervalu, and Bluestem Brands. She is a frequently requested keynote speaker for corporate events and podcast guest on topics related to human capital strategy and change management. Outside of work, Shawn is a passionate volunteer and Board member for CornerHouse, an advocacy organization for physically abused children.

Dr. John Pryor

Dr. John Pryor is a fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon with over 15 years of experience in clinical practice. He completed his spine surgery fellowship at Harvard Medical School and earned a Master of Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College, combining advanced surgical expertise with a deep understanding of health system leadership and innovation. Dr. Pryor currently serves as President and Chairman of Proliance Surgeons, one of the largest independent surgical practices in the country, where he has played a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, enhancing patient-centered care, and advocating for physician autonomy. He is also a founding board member of PELTO Health Partners, a national collaboration of independent physician groups committed to innovation and excellence in healthcare delivery.

A passionate advocate for independent medicine, Dr. Pryor is dedicated to creating sustainable models that empower physicians and elevate care through thoughtful leadership and collaboration. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he is a proud husband and father of three children. He enjoys staying active through outdoor pursuits such as alpine skiing, running, and cycling, and he brings the same energy and discipline to his personal life as he does to his work in medicine and leadership.
